Introducing the Park Hyatt, New York

Tom Unwin

Located in the One57 skyscraper by Central Park, the Park Hyatt New York is to be the showcase property in Park Hyatt’s chain. Its 210 bedrooms, which start at 44sq metres in size, are sure to be some of the biggest in Manhattan. With two presidential suites, complete with butler service and views of Central Park and New York this is the latest in luxury accommodation in The Big Apple.

There are more than just palatial rooms here though. The fully serviced Spa Nalai has underwater speakers playing a special playlist created at Carnegie Hall, and a lobby featuring a champagne bar serving afternoon tea are sure to impress both guests and non-guests alike.

Perhaps the most interesting aspect of the latest Park Hyatt will be the plethora of museum standard artwork throughout the property, including some adorned on the bedroom key cards.

Prices range from $795 - $1,295 per night and with strong competition across the city the unique features and service must impress to match the price tag.
