Luxury Travel Guide celebrates the publication of its 2017 Africa and Middle East Awards Winners Guide.
Today marks the highly anticipated release of Luxury Travel Guide’s winners of its Africa and the Middle East Awards 2017. These awards recognise brilliance within the subdivisions of the luxury branch in travel and tourism.
Luxury Travel Guide has a high standard for the recipients of these awards, with criteria based on architectural and interior design, rooms and facilities, culinary achievements, service excellence, use of technology, sustainable development, and location.
In addition to the in-house team at Luxury Travel Guide, the awards panel also featured guest judges such as luxury travel photographer Antonio Cuellar, TV hosts Shane Green (Resort Rescue), Marianela Pereyra (Resident Beach Expert), and Claire Newell (Travel Expert).
Some of the biggest winners in the 2017 awards include Marrakech for City Destination of the Year, Machaba Camp for Service Excellence, Grand Millennium Hotel Amman for Luxury Hotel of the Year, and Kono Kono Beach Resort for Luxury Eco-Friendly Hotel of the Year.
