Getting around is not always easy in New York, so it would be wise to find a hotel near to one of the cruise terminals to save time and hassle.  The Manhattan terminal is more central, located on the Hudson River, only a few blocks from Times Square and Central Park.  The Brooklyn Terminal is located in the Red Hook area and is slightly further to travel when seeing many of the land marks, but boasts a much more spacious area for passengers and the area has many fantastic hotels and restaurants.  Whichever you choose the modern and efficient terminals ensure that you will have a comfortable and stress free start to the cruise of a life time.
