Hilton Unveils Plans For Two New All-inclusives In Mexico

Hilton is ramping up its presence in Mexico, recently announcing plans to add two all-inclusives and a new Conrad-flagged luxury resort in the market.

A conversion of an existing development, the Hilton Vallarta Riviera All-Inclusive Resort is expected to open in the fourth quarter of this year. The 444-room property will feature amenities like a private beach, two pools, a spa and fitness center, six cocktail bars and seven restaurants.

The resort will also offer 13,000 square feet of outdoor event space and 13,000 square feet of flexible indoor meetings space.

Also slated to open in the fourth quarter is the Conrad Tulum, which will be the Conrad Hotels & Resorts brand's first flag in Quintana Roo. Spanning 349 rooms, the newbuild property will offer seven restaurants and bars and five pools, among other amenities.

Lastly, the 735-room Hilton Tulum All-Inclusive Resort is on track to debut sometime in the first quarter of next year, featuring seven dining venues, a pool complex with waterpark and beach access.

The Conrad Tulum and the Hilton Tulum All-Inclusive Resort will feature some shared facilities, with guests at each property having access to a 21,500-plus-square-foot spa with 16 treatment rooms and a pool as well as a 55,000-square-foot convention center and 400-person auditorium.

The three resorts will join Hilton's 70-plus properties throughout Mexico.

Additionally, the two all-inclusive announcements come as Hilton makes major inroads into the Mexico and Caribbean all-inclusive space. Most recently, the company expanded its partnership with Playa Hotels & Resorts to unveil the Yucatan Resort Playa del Carmen, Tapestry Collection by Hilton in Mexico in May, while in June, the group detailed plans to add Curacao's Corendon Mangrove Beach Resort all-inclusive to its Curio Collection.

Hilton also plans to unveil yet another Mexico all-inclusive, the Hilton Cancun, later this year.
